Our Process

FlyHigh Migration follows a simple process when preparing and lodging your visa, sponsorship or review application.

Initial Consultation

We will meet with the client to discuss their visa options and goals. We will also gather information about the client's personal and professional circumstances.

Visa Assessment

We will assess the client's eligibility for the visa they are applying for. We will also review the client's documentation to ensure that it is complete and meets the requirements of the visa category.

Visa Application

We will prepare and submit the visa application on behalf of the client. We will also liaise with the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) on the client's behalf to track the progress of the application.

Visa Decision

The DHA will make a decision on the visa application. If the application is successful, the client will be granted a visa. If the application is unsuccessful, the client will be notified of the reasons for the decision.

Visa Grant

With the successful visa application the client will be issued a visa grant letter. This letter will confirm the type of visa that has been granted and the conditions of the visa.
